Kaletha Patterson Henry is the founder, owner and creative director of DISH. Aside from her love of food and broad culinary interests, her journey into food writing stemmed from her experience as a food writer profiling restaurants and bars in Maryland and Washington, D.C. for a large search engine providing living and entertainment resources to people in metropolitan areas throughout the United States.
Kaletha moved to Tortola in 2005 to work as a journalist and has established herself as a photographer capturing weddings, families, baby portraits and events using a photojournalistic approach. She has been a freelance writer for the past 12 years contributing articles on food, entertainment, and music for various online and print publications. Originally from Maryland, she previously lived in New York City where she worked as a graphic designer for some of the leading advertising and branding companies worldwide.
